What you will do
- Own frontend delivery on client projects from kickoff to launch
- Enforce performance and accessibility budgets in every build
- Turn Gabrielė’s designs into pixel-honest, durable code
- Mentor mid-level engineers through code review and pairing
What you bring
- Five or more years building production web applications
- Deep React and Next.js experience, ideally with TypeScript
- A genuine care for accessibility and Core Web Vitals
- Comfortable working directly with clients and designers
Design calm, credible websites where restraint is the brief and every element has to earn its place on the page.
What you will do
- Design end-to-end flows from discovery through to handover
- Build and maintain reusable design systems in Figma
- Run usability sessions and fold real feedback into the work
- Partner with engineers to keep the build true to the design
What you bring
- Three or more years designing websites or digital products
- A portfolio that shows restraint, not maximalism
- Fluency in design systems and component thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
Build the hard things: custom platforms, internal tools, automations and AI tooling that has to be ambitious and dependable at once.
What you will do
- Design and ship custom platforms and internal tooling
- Build AI agents and automations scoped to real client wins
- Integrate reliably with the systems clients already run
- Own security, audit trails and data boundaries in your work
What you bring
- Five or more years across frontend and backend
- Experience with Node, databases and API integration at depth
- Hands-on work with LLM tooling or workflow automation
- A pragmatic, security-first mindset
Run paid acquisition and lead funnels measured to the euro, in the client’s voice, without ever resorting to noise.
What you will do
- Plan and run Google and Meta campaigns for clients
- Build landing pages and nurture flows that convert
- Own tracking, attribution and weekly performance reporting
- Pair with SEO to make paid and organic compound together
What you bring
- Three or more years in paid acquisition or growth
- Strong grasp of analytics, attribution and tracking setup
- Copywriting instinct that fits a restrained, plain-spoken tone
- Comfort making budget decisions from data weekly
Keep projects honest, on scope and on time from first call to launch, protecting the budget and everyone’s sanity.

- Run projects end to end across design and engineering
- Protect scope, timeline and budget on every engagement
- Be the steady point of contact between client and studio
- Spot risk early and steer around it before it becomes a fire
What you bring
- Four or more years in delivery, sales or project leadership
- A calm, organised temperament under shifting priorities
- Fluency in modern web delivery and what can go wrong
- Excellent client communication in Lithuanian and English
A six-month internship for someone who lives in the seam between design and code and wants to learn from senior people doing real work.
What you will do
- Build UI components alongside the design and engineering teams
- Prototype interactions and help refine the design system
- Fix real bugs on real client projects with mentorship
- Bring fresh eyes to accessibility and detail

- A portfolio or projects showing both design and code sense
