Terms of Service

Plain, fair terms for using this site. No hidden clauses, no jargon for its own sake.

Updated June 2026Governed by Lithuanian law

This is a demo document for a fictional studio. It is written to read plausibly, not to serve as legal advice.

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the built.lt website and any content, tools or forms made available through it. By accessing the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

They do not replace any separate written agreement for a project. Where a signed proposal or contract exists, that agreement takes precedence for the work it covers.

2. Use of the site

You may browse, read and share our content for your own informational and business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

Any information you submit through forms must be accurate and your own to share. We may decline or remove submissions that appear abusive, automated or unlawful.

3. Intellectual property

The site design, text, brand and showcased work are owned by built.lt or used with permission. Nothing here transfers any ownership or licence to you beyond ordinary viewing. Please do not reproduce or repurpose our materials without written consent.

Trademarks and project names shown for context belong to their respective owners.

4. Liability

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to keep everything accurate and available, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, built.lt is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time as our services or the law evolve. The current version always lives on this page, with the date below reflecting the latest revision. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kaunas.

For anything else, including questions about these terms, contact us at legal@builtlt.example or through the contact page.
